Prof. Dr. Yves Saban is considered one of the founding figures of modern preservation rhinoplasty techniques, particularly dorsal preservation surgery, which focuses on reshaping the nose while preserving the natural anatomical structures and maintaining both function and long-term stability.

Dr. Saban is internationally known for his anatomy-driven surgical philosophy, combining advanced aesthetic refinement with preservation of nasal breathing and structural integrity, aiming to achieve highly natural and balanced results tailored to each patient’s facial identity.
